We answer like people, not tickets

Make sure you are signed into the same Apple Account you bought Nouma Plus with, then open Nouma → Settings → Subscription → Restore purchases. Apple confirms the subscription and Plus unlocks immediately. If you also use a Nouma account, signing in brings your synced data back too.

In the app, open the Journal: on the Timeline, Export makes a PDF of the month on screen, every log day by day; on the Recap or the Graph, the share button makes one of that day or that week. Print it or send it to your pediatrician. It is free and works offline. For a copy of everything your account holds, email hello@nouma.app and we will send it within 30 days.

Settings → Account → Delete account, inside the app. This deletes your account and all synced data from our servers within minutes — no email needed, no waiting period. It erases the data on your phone too.

Codes expire after 10 minutes, so request a fresh one if the email has been sitting in your inbox. Each new code replaces the previous one — type the most recent. If nothing arrives, check spam, and make sure you entered the same address you signed up with. Codes are 6 digits and can be typed on any device that has Nouma installed.

In Settings → Household, tap Invite and share the link or code with whoever helps — partner, grandparents, babysitter. They install Nouma, open the link (or enter the code), and every phone stays in sync. There is no limit on caregivers. Inviting requires an active Nouma Plus subscription on your account; joining is free with a Nouma account — a subscription is never shared.
