Everything Nouma does.
Screen by screen.
Track, settle, learn and share. One app for every night.

Predictions
A rhythm dial that knows tonight
Home is one arc: the day from the morning wake round to bedtime, the naps on it, the day’s other logs on a lane inside, and a dashed spoke at the time it is now. The next sleep sits where the engine expects it, and a switch turns the arc over to the night and its wakings. The engine runs on the phone, learns from every sleep you log, and reads your baby’s own windows rather than a chart’s average.
- The next sleep, with the window it should land in and how long it should last
- A gentle reminder before the sleepy window opens
- Naps and nights classified automatically from your baby’s night window
- Keeps working with no signal and no account

Tracking
Everything you can log, without a form
Sleep is one swipe. Everything else is one tap from the plus button, on tiles that say when each was last logged, and the form asks only for what it needs: how much, which side, what food. Log it now or log it after the fact — the timeline sorts it.
- Sleep, night wakes and wake mood
- Breastfeeding with a left/right timer, bottles, pumping and solids
- Diapers, temperature, medicine, appointments, milestones and reminders
- Growth on WHO curves: weight, height and head circumference
- Switch off the categories you don’t track and they disappear everywhere

Insights & reports
Charts that answer “is this normal?”
Every chart carries a dashed line for what is expected at your baby’s age, so a glance tells you whether last week was a blip or a shift. Pick the weeks, read them day by day, week by week or month by month, one tag at a time: naps, night wakes, sleep, awake time, day balance, mood, feeds, diapers, solids and growth.
- Total sleep, naps per day, bedtime and morning wake
- Wake windows, night wakes, day balance and wake mood
- Feeds, diapers and growth percentiles
- A month of the journal, a day’s recap or a week of sleep as a PDF

Ask
A chat that has read the journal
Ask starts every answer from your baby’s own log: today’s naps, last night, the trend over the last two weeks. Ask why, ask what to try tonight — or just tell it what happened and it logs it for you. Type, or send a voice message with the baby on your shoulder.
- Grounded in the real data, not generic advice
- Logs feeds, sleeps and diapers from a sentence
- Part of Nouma Plus, with a 1-week free trial
- Educational, not medical: it points you to your pediatrician when it should

Sounds
100 real recordings, and a studio for your own
White, pink and brown noise, rain in every intensity, a dishwasher mid-cycle, a heartbeat, a purring cat, forty lullabies. Layer sounds, set a timer that fades them out, keep playing with the screen locked. The studio turns your own hum or a few words into a lullaby with your voice.
- Mix any sounds together at their own volumes
- 15, 30, 60 minutes or all night
- Plays offline, in the background and on the Lock Screen
- 24 sounds free; Plus opens all 100 and the studio

Lessons
182 short lessons, on the day they matter
Learn is a timeline from day 0 to day 730. Each lesson opens at the age it was written for — regressions, transitions, teething, separation anxiety — in a two- to four-minute read, written like a friend who has been there at 3am. In 20 languages.
- The first month is free; Plus opens the rest
- Progress follows you across devices
- Every lesson in all 20 languages

Widgets, Siri & Live Activities
Log without opening the app
A Lock Screen widget starts and ends a sleep. A Live Activity shows the running sleep on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. Siri and Control Center take “Noa is asleep” without a tap. Reminders arrive before the sleepy window opens.
- Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets
- Control Center and Siri: start and end a sleep by voice
- Live Activity with the sleep timer
- Reminders before the sleepy window opens

Offline & private
Yours, on your phone, first
The app works fully offline with no account: tracking, predictions, sounds and lessons all live on the phone. An account is free and only adds backup, sync and sharing. No ads in the app, no cross-app tracking, and your data is never used to train models. Delete your account in the app and it is gone from our servers within minutes.
- Works with no signal and no account
- Free account: synced across your devices, encrypted in transit
- Data hosted in the European Union
- Delete your account and its data from the app
Questions
Asked at 3am, answered here
Do I need an account?
Not for tracking. The app works fully offline without one. A free account adds backup and sync across your devices, and it is required for Ask and household sharing, because those run on our servers.
Does it work without signal?
Yes. Tracking, the rhythm dial, predictions, sounds and lessons run on the phone. In a basement bedroom or on a plane, nothing stops. Sync catches up when you are back.
What ages is Nouma for?
From the first day home to the second birthday. The norms behind the predictions and the lessons run day 0 to day 730, and the dial adapts as naps drop from four to one.
How good are the predictions?
They start from age norms and, within a couple of weeks of logging, follow your baby’s own wake windows and nap lengths instead. They are a guide, not medical advice: your pediatrician always wins.
Can the other parent see the log?
With Nouma Plus, yes. Invite as many caregivers as you need with a code. Whoever is holding the baby logs it, and everyone sees the same day, live. Caregivers join for free with their own account: only the inviting account needs Nouma Plus.
What happens to my data?
It stays yours. No ads in the app, no cross-app tracking, and nothing is used to train models. Export a month of the journal as a PDF any time, and delete your account in the app to remove it from our servers within minutes.
