Nouma Plus starts with 1 week free. If you don’t cancel before the week ends, the subscription you picked begins — €4.99/month, €11.99/3 months, or €34.99/year. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.
Yes. Payment is handled by Apple as an App Store subscription, so you cancel in your iPhone’s Settings → your name → Subscriptions, at any time. You keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for.
Sharing between two caregivers requires an active Nouma Plus subscription on the account that owns the household. The invited caregiver does not need their own subscription.
The core app is free forever: tracking, predictions, core sounds, the first month of lessons, charts and export all keep working — offline, with no account. Nothing you logged is ever held back.
No. Nouma works fully offline without one. An account is only needed for syncing between caregivers and for the AI features, which run on our servers.
