The fine print, in plain words

How does the free trial work?

Nouma Plus starts with 7 days free. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, the subscription you picked begins — $4.99/month or $39.99/year. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Payment is handled by Apple as an App Store subscription, so you cancel in your iPhone’s Settings → your name → Subscriptions, at any time. You keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for.

Do I need an account?

Not for tracking: the app works fully offline without one. A free account adds backup and sync across your devices, and it is required for Ask, the AI forecast and sharing, because those run on our servers. Sign in with Apple, Google or a 6-digit email code.

Does household sharing need a subscription?

Sharing requires an active Nouma Plus subscription on the account that owns the household. Invited caregivers do not need their own subscription, and there is no limit on how many you invite.

What happens if I never pay?

The core app is free forever: tracking, predictions, core sounds, the first month of lessons, charts and export all keep working — offline, with or without an account. Nothing you logged is ever held back.
